OUR 2015 FREE EVENTS

***** Last year 2015 we had a FREE Introductory trainings given by us in association with GBA Family Care for Autism. Our attendees were from DEPED SPED Naga City our theme was "AUTISM IS A GIFT" my speaker was Johanne Coster from Netherland. He is a Co Owner of GBA Family Care for Autisme. He's working from their government to check some clients with autism and get paid 50euro per hour which are not coming from the penny or dimes by the client but by the government funds. He shared his knowledge on how he managed these kind of business in their country and how to handle autism. At first he had some staff to work with him in an hourly basis including him.

But everything he did in 45 minutes for SPED DEPED teachers was FREE. We used goggles and some things to represent the disabilities or anything that was covered to let them feel how does an autism feel.It's really fun and many Special Education Teachers enjoyed it and received a certificate based on the attendance. Mr. Johanne Coster also have a forum for a short period of time for them to ask questions, in that way they addressed all the questions properly and update their strategies to manage their students.

CHRISBELLE HOMESCHOOL INDEPENDENT TUTORING SERVICES UPDATES

Thanks sa mga nag attend last 10/8/2016 saturday sa Barangay Del Pilar Chapel. They really gave time to live a healthy lifestyles although most of them were busy mom, but still they have an hour to do zumba. This project was initiated by Chrisbelle Homeschool Independent Tutoring Services with the approval of our Barangay Captain Eugene Owog Owog Jr. and my appointed president Cepe Owog Owog. Our trainor June Buendia allocated his time and effort after a weeks of work to had a work-out with us. Thanks to all who actively participated.

Since the American Council on Exercise recommends that individuals burn 300 calories per workout in order to promote weight loss and maintain a healthy body weight, Zumba fits the criteria perfectly.****

****One study found that after 12 weeks of a Zumba program, participants showed a decreased heart rate and systolic blood pressure with an increase of work, trends that coincide with an increase in endurance.****
